At The Grey Standard, we strive to ensure satisfaction with all of our services and offerings. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below.

 

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

 

We will issue a refund for any cancelled or returned service, provided that:

 

  • The refund request is sent to yo@livegrey.org

  • The email subject line contains the exact words: “refund request”

  • The refund request is submitted within 10 calendar days of the original purchase or transaction date

 

 

2. Refund Process

 

Once we receive your refund request, we will:

 

  1. Review the request to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria

  2. Notify you via email regarding approval or denial of the refund

  3. If approved, process the refund to the original payment method within 10-15 business days

 

 

3. Non-Refundable Exceptions

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

 

  • Requests submitted after the 10-calendar-day period

  • Requests without the required subject line “refund request”

  • Services or products that have been fully delivered and completed prior to the request date
